Probation Revocation Leads To 75 Year Sentence

A 41-year-old Sulphur Springs man had his probation revoked at a hearing in Eighth District Court Thursday. David Carl Harvey was then sentenced to 75 years in prison. His latest arrest was by SCU officers in August at his house on Georgia Street for Possession of more than one but less than four grams of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone. He had a lengthy criminal history.
