Smith County prosecutors have dropped Capital Murder charges but will still prosecute him for Tampering with Evidence. Allegedly, 57-year-old Charles Lennon, Jr., of Bullard, moved the body of a woman who was allegedly murdered by his son, Charles Lennon, III. Reportedly, 31-year-old Rachel Lynn Jackson was beaten to death with a tire tool. The younger Lennon man remains charged with Capital Murder.
