Bond has been set at $20,000 for a Powderly man arrested on a Lamar County indictment for theft of a firearm and evading arrest with a vehicle. The arrest of 25-year-old Tyler Scott Headley reportedly cleared about 30 theft cases in the area. He also faces charges in Gregg and Bowie counties.
