Clarksville City Council Offers City Manager Position To Arrington

The Clarksville City Council will offer its vacant City Manager position to Julie Arrington. The job has been vacant since August when former City Manager Shannon Barrentine resigned because of reported conflicts with Mayor Ann Rushing. Arrington’s last position was as City Secretary of Corinth.
