Sulphur Springs investigators are reviewing surveillance video to try to determine who vandalized a pillar surrounding the kiosk at the Veterans Memorial on Celebration Plaza. Someone sketched a crudely drawn face and wrote the name “ Romeo” on the pillar. Its not known when the vandalism happened.
