VZ County Inmate Dies

A Van Zandt County Jail inmate was found unresponsive during a routine check of jail cells. Jail medical staff and detention officers immediately administered lifesaving measures, and then the inmate was taken by EMS to a local hospital. Unfortunately, he was later pronounced deceased.
