  Federal authorities arrested John Timothy Schooley, age 72, after he arrived at DFW Tuesday. Schooley is the designer of a massive Kansas water park slide that decapitated a ten-year-old boy. Schooley and Jeffrey Henry are co-owners of Texas-based Schlitterbahn Water Parks and Resorts.
