Paris Police made contact with 24 year old Jorge Ortiz at a residence in the 1300 block of Margaret. Ortiz was found to be in possession of approximately one gram of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Ortiz was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge.
