Traffic Stop in Paris Leads to Possession Arrest

  Wednesday afternoon around 3:40, Paris Police arrested Jonathon Atkinson, 27, and Adell Kirby, 37, in the 2500 block of Graham after a traffic stop. Police found Atkinson and Kirby in possession of marijuana, over nine grams of methamphetamine, a scale, and new baggies used for packaging narcotics for sale.
