  A southern Oklahoma man turned himself in to authorities after a federal warrant for cattle rustling was issued for his arrest. 40-year-old Chancy Maxey of Ardmore is accused of stealing 90 cattle in Oklahoma City and selling them in other parts of Oklahoma.He’s been released on $20,000 bond.
