Texas Gas Prices Remain Level

  AAA Texas reports that gasoline stayed at the same average price at the pump as a week ago. The nationwide retail gasoline average rose a penny. Association experts say prices could move higher during the second quarter of the year due to supply challenges and increased demand for gasoline.

Paris Woman Injured in Accidental Shooting

  Paris Police Officers responded to Paris Regional Medical Center after receiving a report that a woman had accidentally shot herself. She suffered what were described as non-life threatening injuries. The case is under investigation.

Paris Man Arrested for Family Violence

  Paris Police Officers responded to the 400 block of Grand Ave in regards to an assault. Officers were told by the victim that she had been assaulted and choked by her boyfriend, 30 year old Fabein Bagby.  He was arrested for assault family violence by impeding breath.
