A Sulphur Springs bicyclist stopped for riding without a headlamp was arrested on felony charges after allegedly fighting with the officer. Reportedly 53-year-old Anthony Glen Ross fled on foot from the officer but was soon captured and resisted arrest during a patdown for weapons. Ross has been charged with Assaulting a Peace Officer, resisting arrest and evading arrest. His bond was set at $14,000.
