An Upshur County city has aspirations for TV-Stardom. The Big Sandy City Council voted to shoot an application video for a spot on the upcoming HGTV series “Home Town Makeover.” The all-new series, will be a six-episode special event airing in 2021. According to hgtv.com, the entire town selected for the series will be transformed.
