Bowie County Jailer Arrested

A Bowie County Correctional officer has been arrested for allegedly trying to smuggle marijuana and tobacco into the jail. The contraband was found in leggings that 21-year-old Brandy Denise Coulter was wearing under her uniform. She has declined to cooperate with investigators and is being held on $75,000 bond.
