Mabank Police found Peter Parker, 24, of Canton, with a gunshot that later claimed his life at the Bun Barrel City Hospital. The incident was Thursday morning in the 1400 block of Pharm Hills Road in Mabank. Investigators took a juvenile male into custody and placed him in the Van Zandt County Juvenile Detention Center, booked for manslaughter, a second-degree felony.
