Carthage Mother Sues Over Nude Photos Of Daughter

The mother of a Carthage High School student is suing the school district for allegedly failing to discipline a football player who secretly recorded her daughter while she was in the shower and circulated the video around the school. The lawsuit names the district, Superintendent Dr. Joseph Glenn Hambrick, high school football Coach Scott Surratt, and high school Principal Otis Amy as defendants.
