Back in October of 2017, a Reno woman was arrested for allegedly harassing people online from New Jersey, Alabama, New Mexico and Texas over a social media platform known as Periscope. Angela Elise Hilliard was charged with Unlawful Disclosure or Promotion of Intimate Visual material, which was a state jail felony. The Lamar County District Attorney’s office thoroughly investigated all of the allegations against Hilliard and all the charges against her were dropped.
