It’s that time of year again. A time to be renewed and refreshed. Come to the Cowboy Church in the Camp in Reno as they present the 12th Annual Christmas in the Camp December 7, 8 and 9. Horse-drawn wagon tours through the Red River Valley Bible Camp begin at 6:00 pm each evening where you can see the true Christmas story played out in nine live scenes. Admission is free and refreshments will be served. Enjoy this free unforgettable family experience December 7, 8, and 9 at the Cowboy Church in the Camp.

Blossom will hold its annual Christmas parade on Saturday at 2:00 pm. The theme this year is “A Country Christmas.” The city will offer a $100 prize for the best float. Other prizes include $50 for the best ATV, $25 for the best bicycle and $25 for the horse with the best costume.

The Deport Christmas Parade will take place on Dec. 9, beginning at 10:00 am. Line up at 9:00 am with no entry fee. There are three categories, vehicles, floats and misc. with prizes of $50, $25 & $10 in each category. Any individuals, business or organization is welcome. Hugo Parkinson Support Group Meeting Saturday (Dec 9) at 2:00 pm at Hugo Health and Rehabilitation Center, 1001 Heritage Way on the Bypass 70 East, in Hugo. The program is a Christmas Party. Members need to bring snacks, white elephant type gifts for the Dirty Santa game and an ornament. Everyone is welcome. Christmas with Santa is at Central Presbyterian Day School Sunday (Dec 10) at 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Families are invited to enjoy holiday games, stories, and snacks at the preschool located at Central Presbyterian Church, 309 Church Street, in Paris. Activities also include crafts, a trolley ride, and photo opportunity with Santa. It is $5 per person. Ticket and silent auction proceeds benefit the school.
