City of Hugo Reaches Settlement With Family After Children Accidentally Shot At By Police

The City of Hugo settled with the mother of four children who were inside a truck that was shot at by Hugo Police Officers because a robbery suspect was driving the vehicle. Three of those children were injured. They did not disclose the settlement details, but receiving payment are the medical care providers who took care of the children, and specific amounts of money will be set aside for each of the children.
