Clarksville City Council To Issue Certificates Of Obligation

The Clarksville City Council has approved plans to issue Certificates of Obligation to upgrade the city’s water system. Clarksville will use the funds raised to dig a new water well, replace water meters and some water lines, and refurbish water storage units.
