A Collin County gunman who killed 23 people at an EL Paso Walmart in 2019 returned to federal court for sentencing. Patrick Crusius, 24 years old, of Allen, faces multiple life sentences after pleading guilty to federal hate crime and weapons charges. State charges are still pending, and there is the possibility that prosecutors could seek the death sentence.
