Commerce Man Arrested For Criminally Negligent Homicide

Commerce Police arrested 60-year-old Gerald Wayne Cody, of Commerce, on a warrant from Bowie County for two counts of Criminal Negligent Homicide. They released him to another law enforcement agency. The alleged offenses occurred on July 15, but no other information was available.
