Dallas Judge Wants Another 30-Day Lock-Down

Dallas County has now confirmed more than 20 thousand cases of COVID-19, and Judge Clay Jenkins says he wants another 30-day stay at home order. He wants bars, movie theaters, and gyms closed and for restaurants to be limited to carry-out or outdoor seating. Jenkins also wants state-wide or at least regional mask requirements enforceable with fines.
