Dangerous Oklahoma Sex Offender At Large

Oklahoma and Texas are looking for an armed and dangerous sex offender. They want 33-year-old Rondal Scrogum for escaping from the Department of Corrections and making lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16. He had been previously convicted of rape in Tishomingo and failing to register as a sex offender.
