East Texas Man Indicted For Pistol Whipping Man During Theft

An East Texas man accused of stealing a handgun and pistol whipping a man over the head has been indicted by the Gregg County grand jury for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond for 21 year old was set at $250,000. He also faces unrelated aggravated robbery charges.
