East Texas Store Owner Charged With Gambling Violation

As the result of a lengthy investigation, Cherokee County authorities executed a search warrant on the Hot Spot Convenience Store in Mt. Selman and arrested the owner on gambling charges.  Items seized in the search included gambling machines, a large gaming table, U.S. currency and unspecified documents. Feroz Abdul Aibani was charged with keeping a gambling place and released after posting $1,500 bond.
