East Texas Woman Accused Of Shooting Brother

An East Texas man has been hospitalized and his sister is in jail after an argument led to a shooting. 32 year old Celia Nicole Hall of Longview allegedly shot her brother in the face. She was charged with aggravated assault/family violence with a deadly weapon, which is a first degree felony. At the time of the incident, Hall was out on bond for illegally carrying a weapon. Authorities say she had been in jail 8 times since 2008.
