An East Texas man has been indicted in Gregg County for the attempted capital murder of a police officer. The grand jury also indicted 42-year-old Jason Alan Dillard, of Winona, for multiple other felonies including felon in possession of a firearm and evading arrest with a vehicle. His bond totals $1.45 million.
