Henderson County Jail
An East Texas man accused of killing a person in Gun Barrel City and kidnapping another has been indicted by the Henderson County Grand Jury. Timothy Wayne Washington, 45, of Payne Springs, is charged with Murder, Unlawful Possession of Firearm, Aggravated Assault, and Aggravated Kidnapping. He remains jailed on bonds totaling $1,707,500.
