A Hunt County teenager of causing a wreck that killed her sister is due in court Thursday and is expected to plead guilty. 18 year old Savannah Bailee Hays is charged with criminally negligent homicide in connection with the death of Liliane Hays, a student at Quinlan Ford High School. The other driver in the crash, 39 year old Shaun Lee Hillary of Wolfe City is also charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide.
