Red River County Genealogical Society

You are invited to the monthly meeting of the Red River County Genealogical Society. It is on Monday (Sep 9) at 7:00 pm at the Red River County Chamber of Commerce Meeting room. The speaker is to be Adam Northam, of Texas A&M-Commerce. He will speak on Northeast Texas Digital Collections, a permanent part of the Gee Library’s Special Collections Department. Adam became the full-time Digital Collections Librarian in March 2008, and his position has recently transitioned to Digital Archivist. He has presented at several regional and state conferences and has had articles published in Computers in Libraries magazine. All interested persons are encouraged to attend this very informative program.
