Fannin County Man Indicted For Murder

A Fannin County grand jury indicted a man for the murder of his father. Investigators say 41-year-old Timothy Nichols, of Bonham, got into an argument with his father, Alvin Nichols, in October after Alvin insulted Timothy’s wife. Timothy then shot Alvin in the leg, and he died at the hospital four days later.
