Former Quinlan Coach-Teacher, Police Officer Changes Plea

A former Quinlan ISD teacher and coach, and former Terrell Police officer changed his mind just before jury selection in Hunt County Monday and pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault of a child and one of having an improper relationship with a student. The punishment phase of the trial of Bradley K. Lewis begins today. He faces between 2 and 20 years in prison on each count, but is also eligible for probation because he has never been convicted of a felony.
