A new report by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation shows Collin County is tops in Texas when it comes to health. The study took into account factors such as medical care, housing conditions, employment and education levels. For area counties, Franklin was 15th, Rains was 83rd, Hopkins 91st, Titus 116th, Hunt 125th, Wood 138th, Lamar,199th, Camp 203rd, Delta 204th,, Red River 230th, and Morris 233rd. There are 254 counties in Texas.
