A one-vehicle crash has killed a woman and injured two men, with one arrested. It occurred on Hwy 154, about 13 miles west of Gilmer in Wood County. State troopers say 24-year-old Leopoldo Guerrero of Gilmer was westbound when he ran off the road and overturned. 34-year-old Diana M. Valenzuela of Longview died of her injuries. Also injured were 25-year-old Diovanni S. Cisneros and Guerrero. Officials arrested Guerrero for Intoxication, Manslaughter, and Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle. He bonded out of jail after posting a $150,000 bond.
