Grand Saline FD Fires Captain

The Grand Saline Fire Department has issued a press release concerning Patrick Rowe, charged with sexual assault of a child and the online solicitation of a minor. As a result, the department terminated him from his position as a fire captain. The Grand Saline Police Department said the investigation is ongoing, and they might file additional charges.
