Handcuffed Man Escapes From State Trooper

A handcuffed man is on the run after escaping from a state trooper’s custody during a traffic stop in Harrison County. Troopers, deputies, and Marshall Police set up a perimeter to catch the man, but he escaped. The suspect is a white male with a red beard, wearing a red shirt and handcuffs behind his back.
