Hearing for First National Bank Building Cancelled

The hearing on the AT&T  motion for a Temporary Restraining Order that would have prevented the city of Paris from shutting off the power to the cell towers to allow repairs to the old First National Bank building has been cancelled. AT&T has built towers near Rainbows Day Care and will not proceed with the hearing which was scheduled  for today.
