A traffic stop by Hopkins County Deputies on Hwy 19 south of Sulphur Springs resulted in two Alba women’s arrest. They charged one with a motion to revoke on a DWI charge. The other woman, 57-year-old Tamela Perkins Owen, was charged with Possession of More than one but less than four grams of methamphetamine.
