Deputies arrested 18-year-old Ceasar Garcia-Hernandez in Hopkins County Thursday. He’s charged with possession of small amounts of a controlled substance and marijuana. His bonds total $6,000.
Officials arrested 49-year-old Rodney Harrison Thursday on a TDCJ “Blue Warrant” for violating the parole he was on. Bond was denied and he remains in the Hopkins County Jail.
