Bexar County arrested a 42-year-old man on three outstanding warrants issued in Hopkins County. Hopkins County wants Joseph Todd Billingsley for bond forfeiture for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, and possession of a controlled substance. He was transported back to Hopkins County by Deputy Amanda Weatherford. His new bonds total $30,000.

Eric Maurece Cuba

Sulphur Springs Police worked trespassing in vacant apartments and arrested 40-year-old Eric Maurece Cuba of Clarksville. He had possession of drug paraphernalia, and then he reportedly admitted that he had a small amount of methamphetamine in his sock. They charged Cuba with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug-Free Zone.
