Jose Palacios-Esparza was arrested Monday and booked into the Hopkins County Jail for Theft of Property valued at over $30,000 but less than $150,000. They have released no other details.
A State Trooper stopped 40-year-old George Kim of Irving on I-30 in Hopkin County for an expired registration. The trooper smelled marijuana in the vehicle and then found a vape cartridge containing THC. He arrested Kim for Possession of a Controlled Substance and marijuana. He posted a bond, and they released him from jail.
Kortney Michelle Flanigan was arrested in Hopkins County Monday for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At last report, she was in the Hopkins County Jail.
