Hopkins County Man Charged With Assaulting Family Member

Sulphur Springs Police was called to a disturbance and learned that a man had allegedly assaulted his brother with a stick and had been chasing his brother with a metal pipe. Marco Antonio Orduna, 21, also attempted to choke the man with the pipe. He was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Weapon and an outstanding warrant from Bowie County for failing to appear in court.
