Hopkins County Man Dies In One Vehicle Crash

A Hopkins County man was killed shortly before 8:00 Friday morning in a single-vehicle crash in near Saltillo. Investigators say 58-year-old Jimmy Don Goldsmith, of Saltillo, ran off Hwy 67 and struck a tree. He was transported to Trinity Mother Frances-Sulphur Springs where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
