A man who reportedly fled from Hopkins County deputies attempting to serve on another person in Como has been arrested after colliding with a patrol vehicle. 37 year old Oscar Junior Garcia was charged with Theft of a Firearm, Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
