Hugo Police Investigate After Two Die

Hugo police responded just after 8:30am Wednesday after two people were discovered unresponsive inside a railroad tanker car. They were transported to the hospital where they were pronounced dead. Officers say the two were working  for Trinity Rail, which refurbishes tanker cars.
