Juvenile Arrested For Terroristic Threat

Upshur County arrested a 13-year-old boy on a terroristic threat charge based on evidence of threats made toward students and a Bruce Junior High School faculty member in Gilmer. School officials provided Upshur County Sheriff’s investigators with witness statements and video evidence that the juvenile threatened to harm others after school resumed after the Yamboree school holiday. Officials turned the boy over to juvenile authorities.
