Kangaroo In Texarkana

Texarkana Police responded to a call about a kangaroo running around at Spring Lake Park over the weekend. The kangaroo, Rocky, was there with his family, enjoying his time running around the park. Texas is one of only 13 states where keeping a kangaroo as a pet is legal.
