Lamar County Man Arrested On Multiple Charges

A 49 year old Lamar County man wanted for stealing more than $2000 worth of lawn and boating equipment from a home in Direct back in June, has been arrested. 49 year old Larry Hicks was also charged with kicking a family member in the ribs for reporting him to authorities. Hicks also had an outstanding warrant for a parole violation.
