Man Crashes Into Fuel Pump Causing Convenience Store Fire

Officials arrested a man after he crashed his pickup into a fuel pump and ignited the gas station on fire in Van. The vehicle fled the scene, dragging the pump through the fire. The store manager estimated the damage would exceed $55,000. Police identified the suspect as Trevion Bowie, who they booked into Van Zandt County Jail on multiple charges, including unrelated outstanding warrants.
